We have developed our packaging and products to take account of the cleanliness standards of particular locations. Our levelling compounds and plasters have fully recyclable and waterproof packaging. Read more about our new bagged products here.
Our dust-free dry-mix-materials are easy to identify – just look for the DF marking and Dust Free logo next to the product name. Such products are made using a special recipe. The on-site mixing of dust-free products does not cause significant dust problems; they can be used in locations where this is a priority. You can safely choose the product as a dust-free alternative.

FLOORS:
Kiilto EPS Light DF Lattiamassa (floor-levelling screed) – M1 emission classification
Light, insulating screed suitable for filling large and deep fissures in structures. The screed contains EPS granulates and cement, is dust-free (DF) and is suitable for both dry and wet spaces. At just 17 kilogrammes (6 times lighter than concrete), the light bag is easy to carry to upper floors. Each bag provides 45 litres of screed. The cast structure dries sufficiently for surfacing in 20 to 30 hours, and achieves a compressive strength of 3 megapascals. Can also be pumped.
- Consumption of mixed screed: 440kg/m3 (15mm = 5.4kg)
- Thermal conductivity 0.13W/Mk
The product has unlimited filling capability. The substrate must form a capillary break against water rising through the structure.
Ideal for use as a cast filling during repairs. The casting holds pipe and duct installations in place and can form a walking surface.
A load-bearing floor structure should always be used on top of the casting i.e. at least glass-fibre mesh and levelling compound, or steel mesh and a surface cast structure.
Kiilto Floor Heat DF Lattialämmitystasoite – M1 emission classification
A low alkali, tilted-floor screed for floors with underfloor heating in particular. Layer thickness: 3-50 millimetres. The product is fibre-reinforced. Also suitable for general levelling, smoothing, or sloped floors.
- Very fast drying, walkable in as little as an hour!
Suitable for sites for which the Nordic Swan Ecolabel is being sought.
Kiilto Multiplan DF Lattiatasoite – M1 emission classification
Low alkali, tilted-floor screed for floors with underfloor heating in particular. Layer thickness: 3-50 millimetres. Also suitable for general levelling, smoothing, or sloped floors. Pumpable!
- Very fast drying, walkable in as little as an hour!
Suitable for sites for which the Nordic Swan Ecolabel is being sought.
Kiilto Fiberflex DF Kuitulattiatasoite – M1 emission classification
Low alkali, very strong and self-levelling special floor-levelling compound for wooden floors and weak renovation floors. Layer thickness: 2-20 millimetres. Compressive strength: 40 megapascals.
Suitable for floors to be painted and floors with underfloor heating in dry spaces. This fibre-reinforced levelling compound is walkable in around four hours.
Kiilto TopPlan DF Pintatasoite – M1 emission classification
Low alkali, excellent self-levelling properties, particularly for the precision levelling of floors to which a covering will be added. The resulting hard and smooth surface is also ideal for floors to be painted. This cementitious levelling compound is also pumpable. Layer thickness: 1-10 millimetres.
Suitable for sites for which the Nordic Swan Ecolabel is being sought.
Kiilto 97 DF Lattiatasoite – M1 emission classification
Low alkali, easily spread for the levelling of precision floor surfaces before a covering is installed. This cementitious levelling compound is also pumpable. Layer thickness: 1-7 millimetres.
Suitable for sites for which the Nordic Swan Ecolabel is being sought.
Kiilto Easyrapid DF Pikatasoite – M1 emission classification
Low alkali, very fast-setting compound for 0-5 millimetre final levelling of floors. Can be used for patching of up to 10 millimetres. Does not require priming and leveller can be covered 1-2 hours after it has been applied.
Cementitious and suitable for sites for which the Nordic Swan Ecolabel is being sought.
WALLS:
Kiilto TM DF Seinän pikatäyttömassa – M1 emission classification
Light wall plastering for interior walls in dry and wet rooms. This fast setting plaster is ideal for filling holes and chases of up to 70 millimetres. Layer thickness: 5-20 millimetres.
- Ready for waterproofing after around 1 day.
This cementitious levelling compound is suitable for sites for which the Nordic Swan Ecolabel is being sought.
Kiilto SR DF Pikamärkätilatasoite – M1 emission classification
Developed for walls and ceilings, this product is often chosen for levelling concrete and breeze block walls in particular, before waterproofing and tiling. Coatable around 4 hours after drying.
This cementitious levelling compound is suitable for sites for which the Nordic Swan Ecolabel is being sought.
TILE ADHESIVES:
Kiilto Superfix DF Vaalea Saneerauslaasti – M1 emission classification
This light-coloured, lightweight filler is ideal for the laying of ceramic tiles and damp-resistant stone on watertight and porous surfaces, as well surfaces treated with Kiilto waterproofing membranes or Kiilto Kosteussulku moisture barrier.
Excellent for use with a light-coloured grout and particularly when setting large wall tiles. Non-sagging and flexible and economical.
The product is also suitable for exterior surfaces as a supplement for Kiilto Fixbinder, and at sites for which the Nordic Swan Ecolabel is being sought.
Kiilto Kerapid DF Pikasaneerauslaasti– M1 emission classification
This very fast-setting adhesive is ideal for laying ceramic tiles and damp-resistant stone on watertight and porous surfaces, as well surfaces treated with Kiilto waterproofing membranes or Kiilto Kosteussulku moisture barrier. The product is also suitable for exterior surfaces alongside Kiilto Fixbinder.
Hardens quickly and jointing can begin on a waterproofed surface just 4 hours after tiling!
Suitable for laying ceramic tiles and moisture-sensitive natural stone, as well as for use at sites where the Nordic Swan Ecolabel is being sought.
Kiilto HighFlex S2 DF Laattaliima – M1 emission classification
This white, highly spreadable tile adhesive is for special tiling applications. It is ideal for installing, e.g., glass mosaic and natural stone, such as marble, to the back panels of stoves and pre-fabricated steel bathroom pods. Also for exterior applications.
The product’s excellent deformation properties make it suitable for locations requiring such features.
